Davis Sebastian
After majoring in Mechanical Engineering at an Indian university, he began his career as a plant engineer at a state-owned corporation in India.
Later, he participated in a training program at IHI through the Association for Overseas Technical Scholarship (AOTS) in Japan.
This experience became a turning point in his life, leading him to study abroad at Kumamoto Gakuen University for two years. After graduation, he started working in Japan.
He joined Nihon Kensetsu Kogyo, where he was involved in power plant construction. Following this, he returned to India and established the IT company Indo Cosmo Private Limited.
Since then, he has been providing IT solutions as a bridge between Japan and India. To promote globalization in Japan, he actively encourages Japanese students to experience life abroad by fostering exchange programs between universities in Japan and India. Similarly, he is dedicated to coordinating collaborations between organizations, prefectures, and cities in both countries.

Sreekumar Pillai
Currently, Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Experion Technologies.
After graduating from BITS Pilani (Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani) in India, he has accumulated over 20 years of business experience working with clients across North America, Europe, Asia, and Japan.
In particular, he has worked at several major Japanese manufacturing companies in Japan, gaining deep expertise in Japanese development processes, manufacturing workflows, and business culture.

Suresh VP
Currently, Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Experion Technologies.
After graduating from Bharathiar University with a major in Computer Applications, he played a key role in the global software industry before co-founding Experion Technologies.
Prior to Experion, he served as Vice President at IBS Software Services, where he led the development of airport software solutions for major international airlines.
He has also held significant positions at GE, Mphasis, and EDS, accumulating over 30 years of international experience in the software industry.
Currently, at Experion Technologies, he plays a central role in business strategy development and execution, driving the company’s growth

At Experion Technologies, he serves as the Head of Development for the Japanese Market.
With over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, he possesses expertise in cutting-edge technologies across various fields, including automotive infotainment systems, IoT, healthcare, education, and POS systems.

Toshihisa Yamada
After earning a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from UT Austin, Toshihisa Yamada graduated from The University of Tokyo and joined Nippon Steel Corporation (formerly New Nippon Steel Corporation).
Throughout his career at the Nippon Steel Group (including Nippon Steel, NS Solutions, and Nippon Steel Texeng), he has held various leadership roles, including system development SE, large-scale IT project manager, division director, board director, and president, accumulating extensive experience and achievements.
His expertise spans multiple industries, including manufacturing, distribution services, internet-based platforms, public institutions (government, schools, roads, airports), finance, and healthcare.
He has in-depth knowledge of AI, MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), and BOM (Bill of Materials) and currently also serves as a seminar lecturer in these fields.

Masaki Harao
Founder and Chairman of the Board of Eidia Co., Ltd.
After graduating from the Faculty of Engineering at Kyushu University, he joined Nissan Motor Corporation and was involved in the planning and development of automotive IT fields, including navigation systems.
In April 1999, he recognized the significant potential in mobile content and founded Eidia Co., Ltd., which later went public on the Tokyo Stock Exchange’s Growth Market.
He is also well-versed in overseas business, particularly in Asia, including South Korea and China.
