Project Manager

  • Project Manager for various system development tasks

  • Bridge PM for offshore development with the Indian parent company

System Engineer

  • Basic design, detailed design, development, testing, and implementation support for business applications (Development languages include JAVA, Python, and many others).

  • Bridge SE for offshore development with the Indian parent company.

  • Embedded systems development and infrastructure construction tasks, among other diverse responsibilities.

Solution Sales

  • Sales proposals for offshore development backed by the comprehensive development capabilities of the Indian parent company.

  • Sales proposals for business process improvements and corporate business system solutions.

  • Route sales utilizing personal networks.

Required Skills

 :

Project Manager

  • Experience in IT system development project management (Project management skills)

  • Communication skills with clients and project stakeholders

  • Offshore development experience

  • English proficiency (Communication with Indian employees)

System Engineer

  • Experience in IT system development (Java, Python, C#, etc.)

  • Alternatively, experience in embedded systems development

  • Alternatively, experience in infrastructure construction

  • Communication skills with clients and project stakeholders

  • English proficiency (Communication with Indian employees)

Solution Sales:

  • Experience in IT sales

  • English proficiency (Communication with Indian employees)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.)

Salary

 :

Based on your experience and skills, we will offer preferential treatment in accordance with our company regulations.

Working Hours

 :

9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Actual working hours: 8 hours)

Work Location 

 :

Tokyo and surrounding areas, Nagoya, Osaka, and remote work as needed.

Holidays & Leave 

 :

Complete two-day weekends (Saturday and Sunday), public holidays, and year-end and New Year holidays.
